Protect Your Peace

Protecting your peace is valid. Being a heightened useless ball of emotion doesn't help anyone regardless of thinking or feeling preference. You don't need to be all things to all people and your body can only take so much input of judgment, anger, hate, frustration, confusion, dissonance, disparity, and chaos. Take time to re-center and breathe in what it means to be you and what it means to be human. To do this doesn't make you any less supportive or important.
